This is extremely annoying and troubling. I thought the problem could be with my password manager, so I deleted chase passwords, used "forgot password" to create new passwords, logged in successfully, logged out, then tried to get back with new password and again received the message it wasn't working!

Good info from Admin; I was using the old chaseonline.chase.com which seemed to no longer redirect to a working login page but using www.chase.com directly works. Since getting that to work now the old address works as well so maybe a caching issue of some kind?

When I log in it takes me to a secondary Chase page and asks for the same information again I do so and it says I'm sorry that part of our site is not working right now or something to that effect. It's been going on for 2 weeks from multiple different types of computers different locations and also on the phone app. I finally got access to my accounts using my phone going online not through the app. It is slow and glitchy but at least accessible. I have three logins two business and one personal and none of them are working. So far Chase doesn't seem concerned in any way really other than we'll do a ticket on it. The last time I did that I received no call back. I'm hoping this time something happens.

I tried to log in on my mobile app and it keeps saying I don't have any mobile accounts available to see. But I never hid any of my accounts. I went to change the settings and it shows that my account is on the visible setting. But it's still saying I don't have any accounts to show when I log in on my laptop. I keep refreshing. This has been an ongoing problem with Chase. It is a result of very bad coding by their "codemeisters". Their insistence on blaming the problems on users is preposterous arrogance. I had successfully logged in four days ago to get my statement, but it is appears to me that code for both online website and the mobile app has been rewritten since then, and it has been done so poorly. Logging in today was just short of impossible - I tried multiple computers, multiple browsers, laptop, desktop, mobile devices, mobile browsers, the mobile app - none worked. But you want to say it is Our fault, Chase? Give me a break. Fortunately, I don't need Chase, so once I pay off the last statement, it's goodbye.
Chase has the slowest of the websites and of the mobile apps in the finance world of the major players. Ally, BOA, Discover, Cap One, even CitiBank (even with its issues) are all light years ahead of Chase. The arrogance and ignorance of Chase support is unparalleled. A tech support person wanted my full social security number before she would check for any of their website problems - REALLY???? My full SocSec number? To check THEIR website issues?? No way was I giving it to tech support for that. Run, don't walk, away from Chase as soon as you are able.

I think the government agencies need to be notified here about Chase. This is a serious issue and breach of security. Tomorrow, I calling the (FDIC), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to report this. I'll ask my attorney to see what other agencies or law enforcement need to be involved. There's no excuses for this. Just because Chase is a top Fortune 500 company doesn't put them above the law.

Same problem here in Atlanta. You can login to both the web-based Chase website and mobile app, but the available balance is incorrect (off by a lot). I also called customer service and they said it's a nation-wide system outage and server error. Why is it, that Chase has all these problems. Maybe if they used "Americans" for their IT support instead of outsourcing it to countries on the other hemisphere we would do better? (Think about it)

Chase.com website is not working for me. I can see that I'm not logged into my Chase account but the verification screen says that my account is in good standing. When I click on the link to update my account, my bank account details show up that is different from my Chase email address. I'm not sure if I should be worried, but the company has already left to replace the order on their site to allow me to order a new card. Now it's 7PM and I've gotten no answer from them. I was hoping they'd get back to me soon, but no luck. Any suggestions? No response, even when the problem persists. Then the bank's representative says she can't get me into the online system.
